Doggyarchy's Hemp Dog Bed Return Policy

You can return items that you don't like for any reason within 30 days of when you receive the order. The items must be in new condition. You can return items that are defective at any time.
 
If the dog bed is defective, then we will pay to ship the item back to us. Otherwise, you'll pay for the return shipping.
 
•  For dog beds returned new within 30 days: We'll refund your original purchase price. This refund will not include our shipping charges. If you'd like to exchange your order for something else, please include a note in the package with the returned items letting us know what item(s) you would like in exchange. If the cost of these items is more than the items being returned, the additional charge will be billed to your credit card. If the cost of the desired items is less than the items being returned, than the difference will be refunded to your credit card.

•  For items returned due to defect: We'll replace or repair your organic dog bed, at Doggyarchy's discretion.

Returns and exchanges of organic dog beds may take up to 2 weeks to process after we receive the returned merchandise.
